edit [login to view URL] on godaddy virtual dedicated server

I have purchased I-rater software for the domain LookHowCuteIAm.com. I also paid for them to install it for me. However, they have told me I need to edit my [url removed, login to view] file before they can do their install. I can't figure out how to do it, so I need someone's help.

The domain is located on a virtual dedicated server at godaddy.

Below is what they are telling me:

with that follow the lines under the instructions columns, that you have to do is pls contact either your host provider or system admin and switch off the safe mode, once finished pls inform us then we'll continue with installation and finish it asap.

## Deliverables
