Someone added to our xcart site a 'onestop' checkout page where the user enters all his information, including CC details, and presses the Submit button and the sale is done. We have a special price for NY/NJ, and the rest of the US is a flat price. The chosen provider will need to sign an NDA to work on this site. The ONESTOP page works 85%, but these issues remain: ONE- the x-cart does register a new user the x-cart DOES not register the order an email is NOT received by the customer TWO- i chose subscription in NY/NJ i chose for shipping address out of NY/NJ i filled in all fields IN BILLING and filled in all fields IN SHIPPING (different than the billing address fields) EXCEPT THAT the country was NOT United States error message-- Incorrect state for shipping address (the state does not belong to the specified country). SO, I chose the correct state and got this error message Please choose New York or New Jersey in the shipping area i chose New Jersey and left ISRAEL and got this error message Incorrect state for shipping address (the state does not belong to the specified country). SO, i choose the correct state and also chose United States and got this error message Please choose New York or New Jersey in the shipping area OK SO I CHANGED TO A SUBSCRIPTION OUT OF NY/NJ and it was processed- but do not get email and the order is not registered but the user is registered in the x-cart TWO- i filled in all the fields for a not NY/NJ subscription in the shipping area i left New York the error code was- You cannot choose New York / New Jersey in shipping THE CORRECT ERROR MESSAGE SHOULD BE- Please choose correct State in the shipping area
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
