need to pull hyperlinks from anchor text on a list of 110 words

I have a list of 110 words, which are all hyperlinked. I'm attempting to save a document as a PDF, but it is not correctly formatting the anchor text. My PDF converter will only hyperlink if I have a written url, or if I enter each anchor text and create a hyperlink one at a time.

Example:

Needs to convert to

<[url removed, login to view]>

I have a list of 110.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
