128 bit encryption program for Mac

I need an encryption system designed to run on Macintosh. The system will take our program and encrypt it for Internet download and for CD ROM replication. I want the program to run on Mac and provide an entire end-to-end solution for encrypting programs. The finished product should work like this: 1. encrypt each program with a "challenge-Response" key. 2. Each program needs to have a computer generated unique key. 3. When the program is installed on the buyer’s computer I want the program to collect information about the users hardware to identify that particular computer. Similar to how Windows XP works for copy protection. 4. During the install process the installer program will present the Unique number key for that program. 5. Then, the end use will take that number and telephone in or use email to request their “un-lock?? key. 6. The same program that generates the unique key will then generate the proper "response" key to unlock the software for use. 7. OPTION FOR CD ROM ONLY - I want the program to request the buyers CD after x hours of use and ask to "CHECK" the physical CD to validate a legal user on the same computer AND that the original media is NOT a copy. 8. I also need a tracking system for key generation that works in Excel. The "system" should be designed so we can automate the production of many unique encrypted CD's OR programs for Internet download. I want the system to use a difficult system to crack. Thanks, Terry

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform

The installer program needs to be written for Mac osx. The encryption must work for both osx and os9 mac operating systems.
