I need someone who can do some ASP coding with MS Access database. It’s using a cactushop shopping cart package. I prefer someone who has experience with the cactushop shopping cart. 1) First task: For those that know the package, there is a table for mailing list recipients and a separate table for customers. This task simply requires you to merge the two tables so that the mailing list is sent to customers email addresses only, not those in the mailing list table. Of course you will also need to modify some code in the administration portal to account for the merger. After the changes, the mailing list table should no longer be used at all. 2) Second Task: Currently each product is allowed to have 2 product pictures. I wish for the ability to also upload an excel spreadsheet file and permit end users to download the excel spreadsheet file. Thanks for your bid.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
