Video on Demand Streaming site We would like a site clone like that but not porno, we are talking about normal movies : [url removed, login to view] (we dont want pay per minute feature) whos gonna watch movies on minute basis, porn is different.) We need a site where people will be able to subscribe and pay per view streaming dvd quality videos online and either stream online or rent a download. Movies from all categories possible. Loading times will have to be fast and security tight. We will purchase dvd movies and each copy we have will stream or rented once at a time, so if we have 10 copies of 1 movie only 10 users will be able to use that movie at one time for either streaming or renting, each movie will have waiting line if all movies are used, so everybody can watch in order it is requested. Each subcription to streaming the movie will expire in 2 days time and rentals will have to stop working somehow after the time expires, Dvd's must play in dvd quality. =========================== we want the site done in either PHP/[url removed, login to view] and so on, nothing really mandatory and if you think something will work better please let us know please bid on this project if you have expierence in *ecommerce *streaming technology with WVM files or better technology? * secure streaming protection Programming/ database knowledge. ============================= The admin will need to control everything through cms: members Payments / orders/ history reports movies orders email blasts CMS Somehow the videos would have to stop working after they are watched by the user or after a duration of say 24-48 hours days for streaming and 7 days for rentals. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
