Troubleshoot and finish a CRUD operation on a .NET app

We have a .NET app that interacts with an oracle database. We made a change in the Oracle database that makes a relationship that used to be one to many into a many to many relationship. We need to make changes in the view, to reflect this new structure. We are halfway there but there are some tricky UI interactions we need to do, but the changes are restricted to just one page. We have the CREATE, RETRIEVE and DELETE parts of the app, but there is a glitch in the update. We are unable to refer to the correct object in runtime.
We need somebody to spend up to 4 hours looking over the page and help us fix a single bug. Since there is a lot of installation (.NET, Oracle, etc) involved, we need for this person to connect remotely and help us. We have the code and can give remote access but need for the fix to be done and explained to us. We are aware that making an app this big work on a different machine involves time and we just need the fix for one issue.
In the attachment you can find the file. Our timezone is GMT-5, we need to find a suitable time to work this out together. We need somebody capable of speaking in english / spanish proficiently (spanish a big plus).
