I am looking for somebody to create a content management software. It will need to be created in ASP/ASP.net with a My SQL database. It will be a scaled down version of [url removed, login to view] with only the following features (to view details for each function just visit the said site): Editing • Direct Edit ??" not necessary but would be good to have • Editable Regions • Browser Based WYSIWYG Editor • Font Controls • Table Controls • Hyperlink • Image • Spell Checker • New Page Workflow • Schedule Changes Site Administration • Manage Users • Manage Groups • Site Manager • Define Regions I already have the design templates in place. Also, before someone can make edits to the website, a login page should also be in place. This will be verified through a particular table (this will pertain to whatever table is used to collect user information under Site Administration ??" Manage Users section) *I have a website hosted somewhere, so i have limited capability on the box. Here's my host and the specs of what it comes with: [url removed, login to view] I have the new primary plan but can upgrade if needed.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in zipped file form as well as complete source code and documentation of all work done. And the code should well commented (the more detail the better). Will also assist in the implementation of this to an existing website. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) A faxed or mailed release must be signed stating that you are the owner of the content and that it is yours to sell. 4) 1 month support / bug fix
