This project is to create an online CRM package using the ASP model (ASP-Application Service Provider). Our unique flavor of CRM will cater to Realtors only. Instead of focusing on management of customers, our software will focus on the management of a Realtors Farming Area. Let’s use a new coined term ... FRM instead of CRM. Farm Resource Management. This will be the first module of several applications which will eventually combine to form a Real Estate Agents complete software solution to managing their business. Our company already specializes in very unique marketing materials that Realtors send out to their farming area. We've all received magnets and notepads, right! Well, we have new unique products that are quickly becoming the hottest item that Realtors have seen! (These are all printed items...not software) Now our goal is to increase our product offering to between 6-12 different unique gift items. We also want to offer a solution whereby Realtors can become members of our service and let our automated system not only remind them of when it's time to send out more marketing materials, but actually SEND out the materials automatically at given times during their marketing year. So here is a brief design plan: 1. Online membership system. User pays a monthly fee to stay in good standing. (quarterly and yearly prepay must be available) 2. Contact Management system which allows him to set up clients in his farming area. Upload/import module to input clients from various lists (common formats…tab delimited, .mdb etc) 3. Order system which allows user to set up marketing campaign by choosing: a. Items from our catalog b. Interval at which to send And much more… To get a better idea please see a rough layout for a brochure for the service attached. WELL DOCUMENTED code is a must!! ASP or .net are preferred development environment! 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
