The project is going to be an e-learning application which will be end product being offered to the customer.
The application has to be done in 2 phases:
Phase 1 :(A .NET Website with flash support)
1) Allow users to upload flash videos of tutorials to their website.
2) Will contain some 10 pre-defined courses in the app.
3) People can subscribe to specific courses.
Phase 2:
Allow accessibility through mobiles , iPAD etc
Conditions:
1) I am looking for a dedicated programmer who has expertise in the following:
* .NET
* ext-js and java script
* Microsoft SQL server
* Flash programming
* Mobile ,iPAD integration of application
2) First phase to be completed in first month and second phase in second month.
3) Maximum amount paid will be 700$ depending on the quality of the deliverable.
