Presta Shop bug fixing

hello,
1. im using presta shop 1.5 and i found a few bugs in the check out process, im using one page check out and when a costumer that have an account log in in the check out page the ajax isn't refreshing, and its need to manually be refreshed in order to see the payment and user address..
2. i will need a banner implement in the footer which is really simple...
3. in my account page there isn't any log out button i want to add one
[login to view URL] the checkout page if you try to log in and enter a wrong password for example you also getting this message: function (item) { return [login to view URL](item) > -1; }
all of the bug fixing is super easy and should take 1 day, not longer, if you know you way in presta shop and ajax please bid if not please dont waste my time.
