Hi
We want to provide our customers pre-designed & pre-built HTML templates for email marketing.
I will provide 50 - 60 layout thumbnails.
Your job will be to design the email in Photoshop (JPG or PDF) based on the layouts provided. You will have to select suitable images from a stock library and use filler copy (ipsum lorem).
I will review and may request changes.
Once the changes are finalised you will be required to convert (slice) the design to HTML. You will need to use BOTH INLINE CSS formatting as well as HTML formatting codes.
The templates will have to be W3C compliant with no HTML or CSS errors complete with Title and Alt tags. We would like each template tested to ensure it? does not? have any errors.
Our supplier selection? process
1. We would like to review your portfolio
2. We will select? one or more? designers
3.? We will provide one or more layout thumbnails.?
4.? You will design in Photoshop and provide JPG or PDF
5. We will review and may ask for adjustments
6. Once finalised you will convert to HTML, test and deliver
NOTE: Although we will provide 50 - 60 layouts they will belond to one of the following layouts. So in practice the difference will be the images used, fonts, font headings, colours, backgrounds and theme/message (eg. birthday, annivesary, office party, etc).

## Deliverables
Please provide all Source files (PSDs), flat files (JPG/PDF) and HTML source files.
We will purchase images from stocklibrary when the templates are finalised. You will NOT have to buy any pics.
