Hello,

We configured a setup of Odoo 10 and now we want to prepare to launch. There's some data we want removed. We made it with pgAdmin and some other tricks but the information start to be corrupt. We need an expert who know how to do it. Only proved expertise is required.

We want to keep all the configuration but clean:

- Invoices

- Stock movements (all)

- Quotations

- Purchase Orders

- Sales Orders

- Accounting

- Products and product variants

- Vendor bills

We also want to restart the numeration of the invoices, quotations, movements...
