I need a Expert C and understand HSM (Host Security Module 8000 - This is equipment to encrypted - decrypted PIN).

My module i need freelancer develop is:

1. The module must use C native and must run on UNIX

2. I have a clear password (ex: 111111), . I want freelancer develop a module to generate IBM PIN Offset base on IBM 3624 method ( I will send some parameters input as: PVK, Decimalization table, Pin validation data, PAN later).
