I would like an app with the following features:
-Chat just like whatsapp where the customer will able to chat with the customer service, send photos and receive photos and to send their live location. And the customer also needs to attach photos. The customer will need to receive photos from the customer service. It needs to look simple like the whatsapp chat.
-The app will need to have online payment integration.
-the app needs to support push notification.
-the app should have a sms notification and email integration.
-the app should support promotional schemes.
-the app user should be able to create and store customer address.
-the app should have otp mobile verification.
-Customer service representative should be able to manage requests through an admin panel
-Admin panel should support basic CRM features for example: Tracking. Retrieving. Storing etc. features.
-CSR should be able to interact with multiple app users simultaneously through the Admin panel
-admin panel should selectively delegate new requests to next available CSR or manually delegated by CSR supervisor.
-admin panel should support reporting and data analytics, statistics.
