Twilo integration into my website

I have a mobile website hosted with SquareSpace. I need a Freelancer to:
1. Create a Twilio phone number (I'll pay the setup fees; just tell me exactly what plan I need).
2. This Twilio phone number will receive a combination of texts and images. I want to make it so that anytime the Twilio number is texted an image it is uploaded to a specific page on my SquareSpace website. Any texts received that are not images are not posted to the website.
