I want a developer who can make a app for Android and IOS
Users download the app they can record video/take a picture and write their contact info (name mail phone) or they can be anonymous then send it
note: they can send pictures or videos that they have record with their phone (old pictures and videos)
when this is send it will be uploaded to our server
our server is a webiste with php with login system
the admin can see the videos delete or download them / can see their contact info (if they write it)
