Would like to reduce size of large jpeg picture in my android smartphone before uploading it.
Need java program for android that only reduce the size of the picture with same quality.
At Least size must be reduced > 50% of origin size.
I will valid the work and release only after using apk to provide me for tests.

output : same jpeg picture with reduced size
