Proof of Delivery (POD) application

We are only interested in hearing from people who already have (ALMOST ALL OF THE SOLUTION WE REQUIRE BUILT).
We want the following:
1. Delivery schedule with details will be created in our ERP.
2. It will be shown in PDA devices of respective drivers (needs to be shown on map with drop off locations in order).
3. Drivers will deliver the packages to mentioned delivery locations.
4. Driver will scan the barcodes of delivery packages at delivery location.
5. Driver will deliver it to the customer and will get customer signature on PDA screen.
6. This data will get saved in the server real-time and a PDF file will be generated(saved on the server) and sent to the customer as a proof of delivery document.
7. At the same time an SMS will be sent to next customer saying “Your delivery is on the way”. and the ETA
If your solution does more than this - i do not care.
If you want to build something for us from scratch - i am not interested. I know there are many people out there who have already done things like this - and i do not want to "reinvent the wheel".
We are looking for a fast turnaround - so will look at demonstrations of what you already have ASAP.
The application should work on IOS and Android as a minimum
