Post IOS mobile app to App Store from Source Code Cocos2d-x

I currently have a completed mobile application that needs to be posted to the iTunes Store. I have the source code and the application, which is a game, which is written with Cocos2d-x. I also have a description, screenshots, and an icon to provide you as well. I DO NOT HAVE A MAC, so please do not expect me to do anything other than provide you files. I have an Apple Developer Account so I can provide you with certificates or whatever is necessary to publish the app from the account. I also would like this published on my Developer account, not yours. This should be a relatively easy project.
