Mobile app on Android using XAMRIN & c# WPF

Hi,

I want mobile application using XAMRIN, to support (Android) & c# WPF for screen design

Functionality :

1. Whenever SMS is received, code/service will check for SMS in mobile and

if it contains word [ABC] in header or Body, remove sms from [phone sms folder] and

copy this to folder called [ABC] under mobile application folder

2. When this mobile app is opened, Shows the list of sms in this folder, where

user can read/delete/restore to phone the sms, please use c# and WPF for this screen design

a. Read will show all sms from folder [ABC]

b. Delete will delete sms from local folder [ABC] one by one

c. restore will copy sms back to phone, this sms should then be renamed as ABC_ED, should not be read again hence forth

3. Screen will have about button to show application details, use dummy text

I need source code of this application too, and steps to install on phone
