Cross Platform mobile app in Xamarin

I need a cross platform mobile app developed in Xamarin.
It has just 1 screen (other than the splash screen).
We have the design ready and we will share it with the shortlisted candidates.
We need it completed 100% and delivered before Sun 10th Sep 2017, 11:59pm IST.
Any coder who knows Xamarin should be able to deliver it in 8-10hrs.
Source code will be ours and will have to be handed over.
Coder should be able to prove his capability by sharing link to apps on app stores tgat he/she has developed using Xamarin.
