We need an experienced Game Designer to balance the fights in singleplayer and implementing a balanced game economy in a mobile CCG. F2P experience preferred.

We are developing a F2P CCG for multiple platforms and are already quite a way into development. Most of the game design structure is in place but we need a highly experienced game designer to tweak the variables in the right way. The two most important subjects:

1. Balance the singleplayer progression. We already have all the creatures (and their values) for the game, but we would like for someone to think of how the battle progression should look. What creature do you fight when? How do I create 15 min play sessions? Where do I introduce a difficulty spike for the player? How can we meet our retention KPI?

The pacing and progression difficulty curve are very important in regard to our F2P model.

2. Closely related to the above is the game economy. Our game makes use of various currencies (both soft and premium). The currencies are all related in one way or another and a delicate balancing is needed for this.

We can come to terms on compensation (hourly or fixed price) if both parties have a good feeling about working together.
