I am looking for a solution for converting existing websites so they can be viewed on mobile phones, or create a new one.

I am open to suggestions but will prefer an online application.

The script should be able to download an existing site, convert the html, resize images,apply any necessary markups etc. and output a version of the site that is optimized for mobile phones.

Alternative, some kind of online website builder to create mobile phone websites.
