I want a good adobe illustrator,cartoon,graphic designer good in designing app emoji stickers like that of (LINE APP)for mobile app [url removed, login to view] will be on African wear designs(Ankara designs) i have sketches already as i want up to 500.i need a good character illustrator to use about 12pictures of African celebrities to create 40packs each of them in expressions as happy,in-love,smile,hungry,dancing etc as i will give details when awarded job. which will be used by Africans in our app .it must wear African caps and wrappers for both male n female emojis.
