I am in need of a freelancer with advanced expertise in deploying ARM templates. This project is for personal use and I have specific requirements for the ARM template. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
- Advanced knowledge in deploying ARM templates
- Experience in customizing ARM templates to meet specific requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the deployment process
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and resources

Requirement: I want ARM template for a standard logic app with one workflow in it.
The workflow should have 2 simple connectors. A service bus trigger(When a message is received in a topic subscription) (peek -lock) and one GetBlobcontentV2 action. (work flow pic attached for clarification). I want exactly the same trigger and action. I want the arm template json and pipeline yaml
