I want a basic indicator made that will put a highlighted box at certain levels on a chart. I have attached some sample charts with boxes shown. A box with price moving UP is BLUE, a box with price moving DOWN is RED. On a blue box, the bottom of the box should be the highest price of the past 10 candles, the top of the box should be the lowest point of the 10 candles following it. Opposite for red box. Trigger for creation of a box: If 1 or 2 bars (have option to select x amount of bars) total combined range is greater than 3x the average range of the past 10 candles. That's pretty much it, please let me know if you have any questions, just a math algorithm in MQL4 to draw boxes. If you see a better way/equation to use to draw the boxes, I am open to suggestions.
