Maya character rigging

I already have the rig done for my character ([login to view URL]), but I am not happy with the spine and head.
I need you to do the spine and head rig exactly like the one in the picture ([login to view URL]), it is an IK spine and has FK controllers.
I will also need squash and stretch for the arms and legs and of course I should be able to switch it on and of (you will see in the rig example).
Maeby I will also need some other little changes for the rig.
I need sombody wit experience.
Please do not bit if you don't have a maya rigging reel to show me.
If you get awarded I will also send you both rigs, my rig and the example rig.
