We are a manufacturing company producing a high quality industrial/commercial flooring system. We currently have a distribution network in Europe but want to extend our reach to access a worldwide market.
The product:
Further information on the product will be supplied on acceptance of the job. It is a branded product but we also do white label for the right distributors.
Markets to be researched. Global -We hope to use this market analysis to create an appropriate global distribution network.
Objectives:
To provide a full and comprehensive market overview including competitors and market prices, potential global distribution partners and sales avenues.
To produce a simple and effective marketing plan based around the targeted market to maximize exposure and sales.
Being a manufacturer we will be looking for clients that can order large quantities
Timing and budget. Timing is important as we wish to increase sales for 2016. Our budget is limited as most of our capital is invested into product R&D.
