We need a standard latest Magento installation on our server with extensions that can do the following:

1. Cash on delivery

2. Vendor management

3. Wholesale management

4. logistics management

5. Get a quote

There is no code modification required so far. Just the latest and clean installation of Magneto along with the best extensions for the listed points.
