Magento Shopping Cart Subtotal Error

I´m having this strange behavior of magento shopping cart which shows the double of the correct price.

Eventhoug the quantity is "1" it shows twice as much as the correct price in subtotal.

Please see the attachment.

I need to fix it as soon as possible
