Troubleshoot Logistic Regression Program using Octave

Troubleshoot and get my code working properly, document what had to change.
I have written a logistic regression program utilizing the 'fminunc' algorithm. It should be generic enough to run against multiple datasets. The main script is LogisticRegression.m, it calls featureNormalization.m and sigmoid.m . I'm using the dataset ([login to view URL]) for testing code. I have uploaded all code and dataset.
Currently, I get the following errors when I run the code.
error: fcn(0): subscripts must be either integers 1 to (2^31)-1 or logicals
