Need a logo and brochure

I need three things done for this project: 1. I need a logo for http://www.calidesign.net. I like dark orange/yellow/green/gray/black for the colors. Any of those colors will work wonderful. It should be a vector logo in Illustrator format so I can use it on business cards, billboards, etc. 2. I also need a printable brochure for the same site using the above logo and the content from www.calidesign.net. 3. I would like this file [url removed, login to view] to look a lot nicer and crisper. File deliverable should be a JPEG and a PSD so that I can edit the layers later on if I need to. The dimensions should be identical to the existing file. I like how [url removed, login to view] showcases their content. The logo should be professional and in Illustrator format. The brochure also needs to be in Illustrator or Photoshop format. I would like the brochure to be about the size of a postcard for mailing purposes. I would also like it to have a discount and promotional code offer on the front. The brochure should contain most of the information found on [url removed, login to view] in a simple and elegant format using the same color scheme.

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
