Wordpress Multi-Site Working with NGINX

I'm installing Wordpress multi-site and I have to make changes on htaccess. The thing is that Nginx doesnt work with htaccess. I'm not a Linux guy, so I need help with that setup. Someone that knows wordpress multi-site and make a quick fix.
The site already exists and have contents.
There are other sites on the server.
The server works with Vesta that should keep working.
