I need a solid system admin to help me configure a VPS for multiple domains. The server my sites are moving to has 5 Ip addresses and is running Ubuntu 12.04. I need apache2 configured to have 4 sites on their own unique IP address and another 30+ sites to share one IP address.

I do not need help moving the sites or the data, I need configuration assistance. NameVirtualHost and IP configurations. I would also like to have nginx and apache co-exist on different IP addresses and ports. I would like one IP address to listen with nginx and forward requests to a Node.js application.
