Internal multicast network issues

I am looking for a Cisco expert that can help identify why we are seeing some packet loss or jitter over UDP multicast on internal network. The current hardware that we are using is:

Cisco WS-C6504-E w/ FAN-MOD-4HS Empty 4-slot 6500 Enhanced Chassis

Cisco Catalyst 6500 7600 Supervisor 720 Module - WS-SUP720-3BXL WS-F6K-PFC3BXL 1

Cisco WS-X6848-TX-2T 48-Port 1G Copper Eth Module w/ DFC4

We are seeing irregular UDP packet loss on network with under 1ms of latency.

The multicasts are generated from linux (ubuntu) machines.

When multicasts monitored locally (in machine from where multicast are generated), there are never packet losses, so application and IP stack is not problem.

In the machine from where multicasts generated, we don't see packet losses in queuing disciplines monitored via "tc" command, so packets are not loosing packets there...

In machines where multicasts generated, we don't see TX packet losses with ethtool or ifconfig, so packets not loosing in NIC driver.

We don't see packet loss at port details on Cisco

We do see packet errors when doing netstat -su on receiving machine.

The packet loss happens more with other multicasts than some other multicasts.

When we reduce the network load on the machine... The packet loss is less, but still there.

If you are able to help solve this issue, we will consider hiring you as a consultant and get paid on a monthly basis.

We can give you access to the network to do some testing. We don't have a test network, so you will be checking an active production network.

Please don't bid on this project unless you have experience. I am expecting you to respond with some ideas on where you think the problem is. I will bring you into a skype chat with my team, where we can openly discuss how to fix the issue.
