1 - links must be permanent and static.
2 - links will need to be SEO and google friendly.
3 - no unethical or black/grey hat methods.
4 - cannot be on blocked robot, noindex/nofollow, rel=nofollow, redirected/cloaked, pages.
5 - pages should have been cached by google within the last 30 days so there are no dead sites.
7 - Links can be DS,article submission(User should be able to write his own article) but no forum posting,blog commenting . Please keep this in mind
8 - individual class C IPs and no network, scrapper sites, or sites with duplicate content.
9 - one link per domain.
10 - no orphanage page link and link page needs to be connected with other pages of the site.
11 - weekly excel report will include link page URL, page PR, and the date the link was posted.
