We have a complete Provisional Patent prepared and it has been accepted in Australia (Where we are situated) and that means we hold a provisional patent in Australia. It has also been filed in USA
We wish to have representation with the EPO. We don't need anyone to prepare for it or change it we simply need someone to file on our behalf from Europe. We have funds set aside for this and would provide fees upfront, but we are looking for the Prior Art date to be ASAP and we only want to file provisionally ASAP and we will determine which countries we actually file under. We understand that part of the system as well so there is chance of ongoing work.
We are looking for a set fee and we will likely be proceeding with actual patent filings when we have prior date
