I have a home that has a soggy side yard and have had several drainage companies come out to quote the cost of creating swales to control where all of the water off of the street goes. I'm applying for a county grant to have the project completed and have been told gy the approval committee that a plan signed off on by an engineer increases the odds of approval immensely.
