Looking for a professional web designer that can realize a full responsive website from a psd.
Requirements:
1. Plain HTML/CSS (SASS/SCSS). Static site generators like Jekyll/Hugo are preferred. No wordpress or php. SCSS/SASS is preferred instead of plain CSS
2. About a dozen pages (5 differents, but similar, layouts). All the graphical pieces are available in the psd. It's required that the web designer knows how to integrate svg graphics with the web page
3. The site must be responsive (Desktop, Tablet and Phone)
4. Delivery date: end of April 2018
