Project Description: Music Analytics Platform
Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive music database and analytics platform for our music industry-focused service. This platform will allow users to access valuable data and insights related to artists, radio stations, labels, and music charts. Users will have various roles such as Artist, Publisher, Broadcaster, and Record Label, each with specific access to relevant information.
Roles and Access Levels:
Artist: Users with this role can view data related to their own songs and statistics.
Publisher: Users in this role can access data on artists, radio airplay, and charts.
Broadcaster: Users in this role can access radio-related data, including station details and played songs.
Record Label: Users with this role can view label-specific information and artist details associated with their label.
Possibility to add more group.
Core Features:
1. Artist Page:
Display a table of top-reproduced songs in the database with the following details: ID, artist photo, artist name, birth country, genre, label, airplay plays, Spotify followers, Spotify monthly listeners, Spotify popularity, YouTube subscribers, YouTube views, Instagram followers, TikTok followers.
Show current values and percentage change vs. the last month for each data point.
2. Artist Detail Page:
Provide information about the artist's background, including birthplace, genre, sub-genre, and total fan counts on various social media and music streaming platforms.
Display a table with radio airplay statistics, including monthly plays, previous month's plays, and percentage change by country.
Include a "Hit Map" feature to visualize the geographic distribution of song plays.
Present a table of radio airplay songs with details on when they were played, channel (radio/TV), song name, label, and country.
Show a table of recently played songs, including timestamp, channel, and song.
3. Chart Page:
Display an airplay chart table with details such as position, change, song & artist, label, release date, and weeks in the chart.
Implement filters for chart data, including artist or album, country, time range (weekly, daily, monthly), genre, and favorite artists.
4. Favorite Page:
Allow users to set their favorite artists.
Display information similar to the Artist Page but limited to the user's favorite artists.
5. Radio Page:
Provide a table of radio stations with details like ID, radio name, radio city, radio country, total played songs, percentage change vs. last month, and frequencies.
Implement filters for radio data, including online/offline status, available countries, and frequencies.
6. Radio Detail Page:
Show detailed information about a selected radio station, including radio name, city, country, total played songs, last played song, and percentage change vs. last month.
Allow users to search for specific songs and artists played on the station.
7. Label Page:
Display a table of record labels with label names, total plays, and the number of songs associated with each label.
8. Label Detail Page:
Provide label-specific information along with a table listing songs, artist names, and play counts associated with the selected label.
Technology Stack:
The platform should be developed using modern web development technologies free frameworks like Orchid that offer dashboard with roles and user control or similar dashboard for a responsive and user-friendly interface.
Data Management:
The platform should efficiently manage and update the database to ensure real-time or near-real-time data accuracy.
Security:
Implement robust user authentication and role-based access control to ensure data privacy and security.
Project Timeline:
We expect the project to be completed within 1-2 Month, including testing and deployment.
For now the only thing that we have is a database with a table of artists, reproductions, radios, countries, cities
