NodeJS Pipedrive connetor

We need a small NodeJS file that reads customers from a MySQL database and assigns five new customers from the database to each Pipedrive user. Thereafter, the read customers are deleted from the MySQL database.
The MySQL database structure looks like this:
-id (int)
- name (varchar)
- address (varchar)
- phone (varchar)
- email (varchar)
- website (varchar)
- business (varchar)
- city (varchar)
There is a node packet from pipedrive to access pipedrive's api. [login to view URL]
When adding the customer to pipedrive, only the name of the deal (in MySQL: "name") is set and a comment is added containing the data above from the database.
The implementation should take at most two hours.
