Jquery steps working example to be integrated into theme

I have some code using jquery steps with formvalidation io to allow users to click a '+' button to get multiple sets of fields in each step. I have this code working, I just need to integrate it with a page from the Limitless admin theme (which also uses jquery steps). It should be a very simple job for someone that knows what they are doing with jquery / bootstrap.
I can supply the working steps code and the code for the page I need it to be integrated with.
