I have two background images. I want the fixed background image to not scroll under the footer. Instead I want it to stay on top of the footer when it comes up.

Is there a way to have the background image code end at the footer so it doesnt scroll behind it or is there a simple way to fix this? Or should I remove the second image as a background image and place it in a div right above the footer?

I need help with this, I can edit the code myself, I just need someone who knows how to fix it tell me what to do.
