We are running a website which needs tweaking on existing pages. Idea is to make it more lively and interactive. Some of the suggestions are attached. However we would like the consultant to independently examine our site and suggest where and how it can be made better from Interactivity point of view.
Though we believe that the skills required will Javascript, JQuery and Ajax, yet we are open to any new technology.
Current Requirement - We need the consultant to implement attached animation on our site using appropriate technology

Note:
1. Server side scripting is PL/SQL Server pages. Please note we use PL/SQL for database interaction as well as for web page for client side.
2. We have our in house development environment and for obvious reasons we do not share our code. However we will share the required DB information like table structure, in case you require them for your development at your end. We will assist you in implementation of your code by executing your code on our server and reporting you the bugs if any.
