Objective is to develop Visitor Management System (VMS) Along with modules as below:
Understanding of modules: -
1.) Visitors Management – When visitor came to desk, he/she has to fill the form with required details and scan his ID/V-Card within iPad and system validate the visitor via OTP verification on his given number. Basic Information such as name, company name and address, mobile no (OTP verification), purpose of meeting etc. Date and Time is to be included in the reporting.
2.) Employees’ Attendance Management - User will be first registered in the system via Name, employee id/scan copy of this ID card and Timestamp.
When user comes across the iPad which is placed in office premises, he will scan his QR code (ID Card). System detects and fetches the information from QR code and match with the value present in database. If value matches attendance is placed with timestamp else system gives error.
3.) Employee in-service check-out/check-in (in between shift) – When employee goes somewhere for office work, IN-OUT timestamp is required. Daily base reporting needed.
4.) Material Management: check-in / check-out - when any material goes out or comes in to the premises it will get recorded in the system via iPad. User needs to add material type, material name, time of check in / checkout, material photograph, person name, vehicle number etc. Daily/.Weekly/monthly report needed.
5.) Report - Reports will be made as per information present in database and client requirement.
