Publicity List for On-Line College Papers

I'm assembling a list of editors of state and private college newspapers in the U.S. I already have the names of these 481 colleges and universities and in most cases their url's. So, I need someone to complete the details for me:
• The name of the newspaper and its url
• The name and email of the current campus newspaper editor
• The name and email of the current on-line/web editor (if any)
• The name and email of the bookstore manager (if indicated)
This information will need to be placed into a table, in Excel preferably or Word. I will supply the table with the college names in the first column. Additional columns will need to be filled in. If there is an email but no name, the email should be entered into the table and the name left blank.
Accuracy is very important.
