The purpose of this is when a client goes inside a restaurant and when they log on to the wifi, the email and information is collected by the owner of the restaurant which at that point can send the perople an offer if they haven't been to the restaurant. I'm seeking for someone that can program the router and create a backend that can keep all that information.

The right candidate must already have done something like this before.
