Marketer required to target College/University students

We need a marketer for our website who can promote one of our services (Assignment/thesis writing) .He/She should be able to drive traffic/bring clients to our site mainly targeting university students who need help with their assignment/thesis/projects countries like Singapore,UK,Canada, Australia and Malaysia. Individual should be self motivated and would be better if he is from UK,Canada or Australia and if he/she is in a student environment.

Other requirements : Should come up with fresh ideas; eager to learn new marketing techniques ; should have a knack for getting things done and finally should help to maintain the Site's reputation, so we prefer someone who is not into getting link packages or finding some way to trick search engines.

Since this is our first project on freelance, please provide details on how you can fit this position.
