ReFormat Existing Real Estate Web Page for RETS

We have an existing real estate web page that interfaces with an MLS RETS server for displaying real estate listings.
The current system uses a public domain program to manually connect to the RETS server and download listings. Nobody knows how it works and it has never worked properly so we want to redo the whole interface so it's more efficient and offers more features. The full scope of the project is yet to be determined.
We will want additional features added so that users can register and log in and save searches, have listings emailed to them periodically, etc.
We need an Agent Intranet login interface as well which would allow us to save documents and links that our agents need.
We also need the website to be modified so that it properly displays on Apple's Ipad.
We have a separate iPhone formatted navigation page with 6 icons and we are looking for something similar as a separate initial page but at iPad size. Also, each individual page needs to detect iPad and zoom to fit as well.
I'm looking for somebody who has a good knowledge of RETS and the MLS and also real estate web page design so they can intelligently redesign a good site for us with features that are common to these types of pages.
